Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data Citelane processes. It is also the disclosure notice required by Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698).

What we process
The web address you audit and the resulting report are stored; they contain no personal data. Your IP address is kept in server memory for at most one hour to prevent abuse and is never written to disk. If you fill in the quote form, your name, email, optional phone number, website and note are stored.
Purpose and legal basis
Quote data is processed to prepare a quote and contact you (KVKK art. 5/2-c, steps prior to a contract). IP addresses are processed to prevent abuse of the service (KVKK art. 5/2-f, legitimate interest).
Where it is stored and who sees it
Data is stored on an Oracle Cloud server in Frankfurt, Germany, a transfer abroad based on the explicit consent you give in the form. New-request notifications go through Telegram and contain only the website and score, never your name, email or phone. Your data is not shared, sold or added to marketing lists.
How long it is kept
Quote requests and reports are deleted automatically after one year. If you become a client, records such as invoices are kept for the legally required period. Email us to have your data deleted sooner.
Cookies and analytics
Citelane uses no cookies. Visits are counted anonymously and without cookies by Umami, which runs on our own server; nothing identifies you and no ID follows you across sites.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you can ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, learn where it was transferred and object to processing. Send requests to metehanbicer006@gmail.com; you'll get an answer within 30 days.
